At this point, we were already a fan of Sri Lankan trains, and decided to take the train back to Colombo.
Because it was on flat ground (as opposed to the train from Ella which passed through mountains and stunning elevated views), this was a particularly sweaty trip.
We enjoyed it, nonetheless!
